Fairly clean and fabulous place, has lovely views to Amadores beach. The rooms are new-fashioned with comfy beds, and the staff are amazingly nice! Great to have a safe, coffee and tea making equipment, and a TV set.

The location was wonderful right next to the Europa shopping centre and the staff here was amazingly nice. Further, it was near to The Babalu at the top of the hill as well as bars and resteruants.

This was a very very good stay, good prices. The room I booked was remain basic but are kept very clean and available with 2 single beds. The staff was efficient, attentive. Central location was a plus.

I had an amazing stay and would book here again, thanks. I have just spent 7 days in superior apartment with bar, fresh towels plus nice terrace area which over look the pools, and appreciated it. This hotel was located in a central area near to until major work as been done and various restaurants and shops.
The staff - some of them were not very friendly.

Greatly enjoyed my such wonderful stay in 12 visit. The staff was pleasant, courteous, and responded promptly to requests. The room was modern, the location was wonderful central. Shopping centres and supermarkets were right next door. It took only 15 minutes to walk to Gloria Palace Amadores bus stop.

Separate room with big balcony, towels changed as well, bar. A huge variety of gorgeous options for meal. Excellent and handy location, just next door to Shopping Center Europa. The location is central, close enough to the sea, the ocean and restaurants. The place to have lunch approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel is Restaurante Picasso. The units were great value for money and modern with fresh towels. They have an electric kettle, a microwave oven, and an individual safe.

The place was fairly clean with free parking and a comfortable bed. The hotel's staff was well-trained. The setting was prime and quiet, adjacent to Gran Canaria for 20 years first time in Babalu, the island and the shops and entertainment. Also, a recreational theme park was 2 km away. I appreciated to spend time in the amazing poolside bar.
